Yep, thats where I nicked it from too. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
Looks like I've graduated from being a 'convert' to a 'stalwart' woo! :jIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0

Extra medals are goodBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -

I'm going to iron my duvet covers in a minute. I know lots of you hate doing it but I really don't mind if I'm watching something good, besides they look so much better on the beds when they're ironed.
I must ring my friend straight after. I couldn't get hold of her last night. Turned out her 3 month old kitten got out of the house yesterday and went under the fence to next door and got mauled by their staffordshire terrierPoor little love has a cut on his tummy and a broken leg
The vet is keeping an eye on him today and is going to operate tomorrow.
I went on a quick tidy up as soon as we got home. In the 10 seconds after she gets through the front door DD makes the place look messy. Her trainers and socks are off strewn over the floor, cardi is shrugged off and lays screwed up on the sofa. She grabs the crisps from her lunch that she hasn't eaten, starts them then leaves them lying around on the side
I hate unnecessary mess! You know, things left lying around in rooms they shouldn't be in like toys and books in the kitchen. I don't mind DD playing with stuff or reading in the kitchen (it's quite a large room so it's nice to spend time in there) but I just want things taken back to their proper home when they're done with! Just read this back - I must be rotten to live with.....
'Date' text me this morning wanting to know what dinners me and DD like because he wants to cook for us... She doesn't realise that anything is going on (it's not yet anyway) and she still calls him the 'washing-line man'! He is still in 'friend mode' (he was a friend anyway) and he is godfather to one of my friend's children - you know the saying 'you can tell a person by their friends'? I think this will be OK.
Made a PAD today of £3.64 to the Virgin CC, mainly to make up for 3 days when I haven't been padding. Child benefit went in today so I rounded the balance down.
I've been using a free sample of Johnson 24 hour moisture rich body lotion. This was a good free sample because it actually came in a bottle and not one of those stupid sachets which you only get one use out of. It smells lovely and isn't thick so goes on really nice. I would be tempted to buy some if I wasn't already hooked on Dove Visible Effects body lotion. I am so impressed with this stuff - it really does do what it says on the bottle. My skin has never looked so good. It is a bit pricey so I usually stock up when it's on special offer.

Oh this is better than Eastenders. I wonder what he will cook and if there is anything significant about his choice of menu
I'm watching "The Great British Bake off" I think I'm a chocoholic just staring at temptation.
My house has 2 personalities. the days that my nephews aren't there it is so clean and chilled and the days my nephews are there (even for only 1 hour) it looks like a bomb has gone off.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j
