Sounding good Poles, Me and OH were friends first. We are still friends first and for the first time in my life I feel equal in a relationship. Signs are indeed good.

I got a free sample for Doves visible difference body lotion and the body wash. I have been using them and they are lasting ages and yes, I too see a difference so I might treat myself to some. Are you registered on the Dove website. They let you register, then you can apply for samples and they ask your opinion on them after trying them. I have done well so far!

I am not rushing anything. usually I start to feel twitchy when I first start seeing someone (I'm not really seeing him yet but I have a good feeling about this one ;)) and can't concentrate on anything else! At least I'm not off my food!

I have registered with Dove but for some reason I can't request any samples. I don't know if it's just the computer here or what but it's quite annoying. I just love that stuff! I will give it another try today.

Well me and OH were best friends from 17 - 20 then cooled off when I got engaged and was banned from seeing him. 22 years later we met up again and picked up where we left off, took a while for things to develop with us but it was definitely worth it. You dont need to even think about it if it is meant to be it will progress naturally. Just relax and enjoy each others company. Just dont take 22 years :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    TADA LIST

Got up (on time today :T), made beds
    Showered, had breakfast
Took DD to Mum & Dad's
    Drove to work
    PAD
    Went for run
Picked DD up from M & Ds
    Cleaned bathroom
    Put towels in wash
    Cooked dinner
    Cleared up
    Played on Wii with DD
    Put DD to bed
    Watered baskets
    Pegged towels out
    Read diaries

I am hoping this TADA list is going to look a bit more interesting when I'm off for the next 2 weeks...

I'm definitely going to start an ebay box and get into selling stuff. I've already bought some bits from there so I hope my rating is ok. I just need to look into it all a bit more so I'm sure of what I'm doing :o. So far, to go in my box, I have 3 mobile phones, a juicer and a hand blender, some school uniform bits, some regular childrens clothes and some toys. I will make a proper start on this when DD goes back to school on 2nd.

Bank charged me £1.19 debit interest so my PAD today was rounding down of 81p.

Can't think of anything else to write so I am going to watch Frasier and eat Maltesers...mmmmm

Ooooo Maltesers, how naughty will that make you? See I am sucked right into the marketing ploys and I dont even own a tv:rotfl::rotfl:

Loads done again today Poles. I realise that my diary has been short of a TADA list. Must get back into it. You have motivated me. I am still procrastinating about my money update and keep looking around for things to distract me. Might pop over to facebook, see if my friend in Mexico is around for naughty chats.
I found that my TADA list was full of interesting things when I was off, that kind of made me realise how much I have started to enjoy being at home with nothing to do but housework.

Grrr...no maintenance received yesterday  That's 2 weeks running it hasn't turned up. To be fair though when it does eventually go in it will make the missing weeks up but that isn't the point. I need to know where I am with money so i would far rather the monthly amount credited my account on say 1st of the month and I could plan things much better that way.

So I have £67 to last me until payday on Tuesday :(. Going to have to be yet another frugal 'big shop' tomorrow night and I need to buy lots of lunch stuff for all our days out next week too. Need to get petrol aswell

Made my PAD of £1 because I'm in the habit now and lets face it, it won't make much difference (to my bank balance, it will make a difference to the debt).

Muse tickets don't seem to be doing too well on ebay and it finishes tonight. Another lad at work said he might have someone interested in them so hopefully something will come of it. If not I will just have to hope I can get a decent amount for them on the night.

That's it for now....back to the grindstone....

  • Poles you got watchers on the tickets ? Fingers crossed for you.

I am really excited because I am going to start doing the 'envelope thing' with my money. Except I am going to use my online bank accounts. I have 6 with 4 sitting empty so might as well make use of them.

    The pots are

Normal c/a (where salary is paid in)
    House a/c (mortgage and bills)
Groceries (I will transfer £200 every payday)
Car (not sure how much to put in but enough to cover service & MOT due next June)
After School Club Fees (roughly £150 every month)
Spends (anything that's left over :rotfl:)

Every month I transfer an amount to cover the mirtgage and bills, luckily I know in advance how much this is going to be.

Groceries - I have calculated on £40 p.w but as some months will be shorted weeks I will theoretically have £40 left over so this can go in the ASC account.

Car - MOT and service not due till next June so I'm thinking £20 p.m here and just praying nothing goes wrong with it beforehand.

ASC Fees - this is a toughie because I usually just pay it so I haven't got any money built up for it. Matbe when the CSA money finally goes in I can out that in to give it a head start for the term before Xmas. The autumn term's will need to be paid in the next week or so.

Spends - if there's anything left over (doubtful) then that can go in here so we know if we can afford treats. This is going to have to cover things like clothes, days out and my pole classes.

I am anticipating teething problems here especially on the ASC fees but I am going to give it my best shot. I think it will probably take 3 months for me to settle into the system.

I will pay for stuff on my debit card then transfer the amount back from the relevant account to my c.a to cover it.
