    Evening,

you got so much done tonight when you got home from work. I am also very impressed with the running at lunch time. I really need to start running again. Especially as I have registered for the London marathon:eek:. I am hoping that they dont pick me :p I entered by mistake........long story.

Good luck with phoning EDF tomorrow. I hate doing anything like that because it totally depends who you get on the other end of the line as to how good they are.

I've just cleaned the fridge out by mistake! I went to put a bowl of grapes back and before I knew it I'd emptied it out and was wiping the insides out. Love it when that happens - painless :)

My copy of 'The Secret' has arrived :j It's sitting on the corner of my desk and I swear it has an aura glowing around it :) Can't wait to start it.

I've made my PAD for today - £1.84. I've had a look at my Virgin card online and am loving watching the balance go down with all my little PADs ;)

My maintenance went in today too as it should (although it doesn't always :() so I can survive for another week, although from clearing out the fridge last night I've realised that we have run out of almost everything so it will be a bigger 'big shop' this week. I will pop over to the OS board for some inspiration....

Not going for a run today as it's raining and also my sports bra is on the line at home probably getting even wetter as I type. Might have to blast it with the hairdryer later so I can wear it tomorrow. It would make sense to buy another one, next month maybe....

Off to read some more diaries as I can't stop subscribing :rotfl:

    Ooooh enjoy the book;)
I've not finished mine yet, am about a third of the way through, but loving it so far - it's quite exciting that your thoughts could affect our lives so much:)

My maintenance was the same up until recently - never sure if it would definitely go in:o My numpty ex still owes me for girls school trips away they had this year - they've had the holidays but he's still not paid his half, good job we didn't rely on his share (where's the sarcastic smiley when you need it?!)

I have tons os washing on the line and, as i type this, it's gone very dark outside...better go check:rotfl:
I really need to sort out a new signature!

Well it must have absolutely peed down here while I was at work because the washing i hung out last night is wetter now than it was when I put it out, in fact it is dripping wet :(. It can stay out because I've now washed all the towels and they are drying in the kitchen so there's nowhere for me to put it. I just hope it's hot but breezy tomorrow.....

    Ta Da List

    Made beds
    Had shower
    Had breakfast
Dropped DD at Mum and Dad's
    Drove to work
    Work
    PAD
    One Poll surveys
Picked DD up from Mum and Dad's
    Cleaned bathroom
    Washed towels
    Cooked dinner
    Ate dinner
    Cleaned up kitchen
    Played shops with DD
    Did bikini line
    Put DD to bed

Think that's it today. Must remember to go and put £1 in DD's fairy box. Her tooth came out this morning - that's the second one this week. Last week I had to 'borrow' the money from her money box to pay the tooth fairy money :o. I'm like the Queen - I don't carry money :D I have repaid it now :).

Damn...I forgot to ring EDF

I will start 'The Secret' tonight...only just managed to craftily read the forward while I was at work.

Good day Poles, very impressed with that TADA list.
Bikinini line, I think I have forgotten what that is. Makes a note to self to sort it out. I had a lovely soak in the bath this evening whilst listening to tonights prom. Not as good as being there but about the best relaxation I could wish for. Did my legs but never thought about bikini line. Thanks for prompting me.

Let me know what you think of the secret, I might invest in it. Anything to stop me from buying Shred:eek: I much prefer to work the mind than the body. That said, I need some of your energy to start running again. I really hope that I dont get picked for the marathon because `i have done nothing so far towards training.

What is this Shred I keep reading about? It's all over the PAD thread? If you read the The Secret I'm sure you'll have no trouble running the marathon :D

Had my pole class tonight. I'm starting to ache already which is the sign of a good class. Usually I don't start to hurt until Saturday afternoon.

I've just hoovered all through downstairs and mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors so I've got all the windows and doors open so they dry quickly. I am so anal about my housework - I have a set time for every little chore and if I have to divert from my routine it really throws me out and I start to feel out of control of things.

Or maybe the housework is controlling me? Hmmmmm.....

    TADA LIST

    Got up
    Made beds
    Showered
    Had breakfast
    Took DD to her friends
    Drove to work
    Work
    PAD
    Run
    Picked DD up from friends
Drove to Mum's for dinner (chilli mmm)
    Pole class
    Picked DD up from Mum's
    Put DD to bed
Got washing in (thankfully now dry :))
Made DD packed lunch for tomorrow
    Hoovered
    Mopped floors
Water hanging baskets and window boxes

Made a measley PAD of 66p today, still better than nothing. I need to give myself a target date for paying this card off. Will have a think. The snowball calc says if I throw £354 a month at it, it will be gone in 8 months. That would be great but that is such a huge amount for me to find each month :(

Only managed a tiny bit of The Secret last night as I was absolutely shattered and its looking the same way tonight but I will get there. I don't want to end up falling asleep and waking up at 3am with the book on my chest and the light still on :o

    Evening.
We sound so much alike. Before I moved in with OH I had a set routine, although I didnt realise it til OH started staying with me more and the house started to deteriorate. I could never decide if I was controlling the housework or the housework controlled me. I decided that it was more the second than the first when I had my routine interrupted but still managed to get things done. I am a control freak and I like routine.

Also for the last three nights I have gone to bed and started to read then woken up half way through the night, book on chest reading glasses still on and light glowing. All this hard mse work is helping me to sleep well.

Speaking of which, I am off now to read a good book. I will give the secret a go if it helps me to focus.

Sorry forgot to answer the question re Shred. It appears to be an exercise dvd by somebody who does the american tv version of the biggest loser. To be honest it sounds very basic, push ups, skipping, exercises using weights, and jumping jacks. I read about it on Hypnos diary. She seems to be a bit of a guru on these boards.
