Well, if you are in denial about the lawn again that just makes me realise how long we have been exchanging pleasantries for on here. Which is a shock. A whole year has passed and I am no further forward with the decluttering on the house. Hmmm. Sounds like you are well appreciated by your boys. I am also no further with my decluttering, unless you count moving stuff to the shed, its really quite bad.

Morning world.
Listed bucket loads on Sunday, so thats a step in the right direction.
Rumours of some OT over Easter at work, a good £60 hopefully. Means breaking up a long weekend off but £60 is not to be sniffed at.
8 hours at contractors job today and hopefully some £££ at the end of it.
Have tomorrow morning off, looking forward to that because thats when progress is made on all fronts, when house is empty and I can potter away industriously at clutter/cleaning/ironing. I know the high life...
Have a good day allDC.

Stopping to take a break from a so far very active, busy morning.
8 hours at contractors yesterday, got paid, am out of the danger zone temporarily cash wise. That's good.
What isn't good is the under currents of office politics at said contractors. There is a definete divide between two departments, and this is visibleonly after working there for two days. No pay rise for over two years - well thats not particularly unusual I guess at the present time- but their business has been really growing in those two years. One person I was working alongside gave me the nuts and bolts lowdown. Now I know thats only her perspective and there is always one, but I got the feeling I - again - made the right decision in not joining them on a FT basis.
I'll do the odd day when they are short, but don't think I'd do more than one day at a time.
Have applied for another job that looks interesting. Local paper has only 4 jobs in it this week.

HI DC been away for a few days so just catching up. Good news on the ebay listings. At least your are in complete control with the contractors by only doing odd days now and then. That is the right decision. Good luck with the job application. You dont need more than 4 vacancies if one is right for you. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons.
