Cheri - Thanks for your thoughts. I do have to smile at the thought of a lodger ! Dog doesn't let anyone in !
The boys, one is working FT, and pays a good housekeeping figure each month (just got a rise so we have renegotiated ). Other one, is enjoying being a FT 14 yr old ! Soon as the holiday season really starts he will find himself a pt job.
But feeling positive, know I can do this. I count my blessings in the fact that the house is mine outright, so when this is done, it really is done.
I really do have to apply myself, throughout this diary you can see me lurching from one dilemma/default/disorganisation/disaster. So round a different corner again...
Must be time for a quote ?
If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere.

Hello! Is anybody home?
How are things going with the ebay and stuff. Hope I didnt scare you off with my last post or offend you. I just know that sometimes I put obstacles in my way because it is easier than facing what could happen if they weren't there and I couldn't cope with a "wonderful" guilt free life. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Hi Cheri ! Course you didn't offend !
Am here, just coping with the ups and downs of the mad double bank holiday. Finincially in the poo, as I thought but will have to muddle through this one...
Off to work.DC.

Keep on keeping on! It is certainly a strange time with all the extra days off, meaning money gets paid early, or late, and we just don't know whether we are coming or going!
We'll get there, though!! Have a good weekend xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Yes, keep going. Feeling a little the same this week. Not sure when my wages are going into the account. Probably wont be until Tuesday as it is due on Friday. PAH to the Royal Wedding giving us extra days off. Will be wearing my hat thoughSome days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Hi all I know I haven't posted for 3 months, but I've been seriously lurking and *trying* to stay on track.
Financially in the same old poo, and I will be treading water until the other side of Xmas when Big Bad Loan finishes. This probably sounds like a bad plan to some but have my reasons.
Mainly because when BBL finishes I will have an extra £300 a month to play with plus throw in the £150 excess that a couple of council tax/water rates free months give me I'll be on an even keel.
Be like an annual payrise of £4000....DC.

Morning DC, not long until the BBL finishes for you and me too! I think mines 5 more payments to make, how many do you have left? xMummytogirls x0
