Morning
Tired. Mad dog had me up at 3.30 for a toilet request, (he just cant quite lift the seat up).
No seriously once you are remotely awake at that time you know quality asleep is pretty much gone. Had to be up at 5.30 to be DS1's chauffeur.
Think I'll just take Monday as it comes.DC.

Hello, hope Monday "happened" ok for you. Dont believe this, just sat on the sofa and a great big daddy long legs ran over my feet!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with Holmes. the elimination list would be a really good way to improve the lives of many. Remember I wrote about my Perfect Day on my thread a week or two ago. I felt quite smug when he set that as homework, does that sound bad? No seriously, I think that whatever works for you should be the challenge, little chunks, or all of it. You will be able to choose.
Now Facebook, I think that should be on my elimination list. I get so fed up of some of the posts and I have decided to declutter some "friends" as i HATE "have you found my rabbit" posts. :rotfl::rotfl: If only life were as easy as pushing the remove button. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons.
