Well done DC. I've bought a few bits for going away on training today but other than that have been a lazy old cow and sat drinking cider with my gay mates in the sun. loved it X

Am pleased with my efforts yesterday, and many thanks for jaffa cakes gilli !

SH, looking for lost things. It has just dawned on me that while I was in a personal drama queen strop at work last month I went to my locker and emptied it of 'stuff'. (In my stroppy mind I was making a statement to everyone even though nobody was aware I was kicking off !)

In this stuff was a certificate I need for interview tomorrow. I know I brought it home, I just have absolutely no idea where I put it in my huff !

So I am sitting here perfectly calm, trying to think where the stroppy me would dump it after a particularly bad day. I say calm because I know when I get home I shall be like a woman possessed trying to find it.

I know I didn't shred it, so if you don't see me...

And now you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day, so calmness can continue :D

Good job keeping calm DC. I often try to stop thinking about things when I have lost something and then it comes to me in a blinding flash.

Nothing wrong with being in tune with stroppy self, although I have to apologise to laughing at the emptying of the locker to make a statement and nobody else was aware of it. When I was a kid, I left home, packed my vanity case, made a jam sandwich and left. I got as far as the corner of the street and sat and waited for somebody to miss me and come and find me. Then I remembered I hadnt actually told anybody I was leaving! Years later my Mum told me that she had sat at the living room window and watched me sitting on the pavement and saw the realisation dawn on my face as I started to trudge back home.

When I can't find something I try to remember what I was thinking about when I last had it IYSWIM (easier than you think - this is a good trick if you're trying to remember if you switched the straighteners off or locked the front door) and then it comes to me!

Good luck with the interview tomorrow :D
