Thank you I am ok ( now) . Not really been myself for the last couple of months .... don't know why really. I was getting a bit worried as I went from someone who would spend every spare minute ( and minutes I didnt have spare:o) on MSE to someone who didn't log on for days or weeks . UNTIL yesterday whe I spotted your new diary .... I am Hooked again:T. So thank you:A


And Yay to kids going back to school They are driving me mad

Sitting here waiting patiently for a phonecall that may or may not come this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

It went ok. I am 50/50 on whether or not I got it. 15 minutes, questions on experience and skills, nothing too demanding. They didn't give anything away. Job sounds good, just getting my foot in the door in a large organisation/public service will be ideal.

Still got Thursdays interview if I didn't hit the target here.
I guess I sound a bit downbeat just want to know.

At the very least you can look on it as good interview experience.

Hi DC. I think that it sounds like you did ok. They may still be interviewing. When I got the phonecall two days later (they were interviewing for 3 days and I was the first one in) it was at 6 in the evening. I was still in work and had to go out in the corridor to take the call Try to go and do something different for a while. Another nan saying heading your way "a watched kettle never boils".

Know how you feel though cos I want to know too. I will keep checking back but off out to the beach now before coming back and ironing the sofa covers PAH

DS1 just told me that he got a txt from v1rgin mobile last night advising of reduced service due to upgrade. We're on Mr Branson's network here so if they have tried to call I wouldn't have known because I haven't had a signal all afternoon. That was their preferred method of contact so maybe I'll get a surprise tomorrow, but then maybe not. Maybe I'm destined for the admin job on Thursday...
