  • Got Cheri, TY, and very helpful it is too. Bring it on.

Music oh yes ! Only in my car can you you hear my version of Carly Simon 'Coming Around Again' or Robbie and me dueting on 'Entertain You'. Nick Heyward I was there with you, played that album endlessly - wonder if it's in the loft ?

Am still a teenager at heart (loving the Wanted - All Time Low but please don't tell my sons!)

Decided to take the kids out to the pictures, is miserable wet day, Toy Story 3D seems to be our mission even though when TS2 was out I had a 5 year old and a 3 year old. I'm glad they don't think that they are too old to go to the cinema with their Mum .

Sounds like a lovely idea DC. Nick Heyward YUM and the reason I fell for my OH at age 15 was because he was a doppleganger for him. 30 years later he is still as gorgeous but it did take us 25 years to get together! I gave all of my HC100 albums and Nick Heyward Album to my friends son. He is in a band and loves all kinds of music so I donated my vinyl collection to him when I moved house. He loves HC100. See we have taste. Think I will have to have a look for it on CD might try Amazon.
Have a great time at the pictures.

OOh, good luck with the interview DC. Just read through the whole thread and LOVED the bit about passion, not pension. This is so true. I've lived all over the place and for me it's your friends that make your world what it is.

I've done more ebaying (made £55 since Wednesday) and decluttering over the last few days and the place is looking good ready to start the new job. I'm naturally a vey tidy creature but now and again things do get shoved in a box, so now that box is tidy ready for the next chapter. Enjoy your Saturday evenings all X

  • Souk just popped by your diary, congrats on the job :) And the ebay funds.

Right I was very busy yesterday, busy doing nothing. Spending 2 hours in a cinema does nothing for energy levels.

So I have an open mind today, tackle whatever takes my fancy. But it will be productive.
However to begin I must walk my 4 legged friend, do the wonderful taxing things like empty dishwasher and put a wash in.

Dare I move on to the shoe rack ?

  • I did it ! Shoe rack is done !
There is one massive spider in outside shed where I quickly threw DS2's skateboard that has been in shoe rack area for a year.

There are three pairs of footie boots that I am very undecided about.

    Found 25p too.

Doesn't it feel good to have actually done something that's been clogging up your mind ?

This means I can actually cross something off 1001 list .

Well done you. How long have you had that on your mind then? It sure feels good when you get things done. It spurs me on to other things. I am currently building up to spray painting my bargain ottomon. Although every time I threaten that it rains and I have to do it outside so I am stopped in my tracks. I have the laura ashley material and everything. Have a good day today

and it goes on ....taken down - with the help of DS2 - a wooden shelving unit from utility room which was home to piles of stuff that had no name, no use and now no home here.

Cheri these things are long over due - 2 years worth of procrastination.
