Take all the ID you own. Love how the salesmen said to me we don't want to take this much ID but the FSA make us! Hit the nail on the head I think - too much regulation and tick boxing exercises leads to poor customer service.

Anyone tried taking out Euros yet? I can't see where it says that it's fee free, though their website is useless.
Now that Nationwide are stopping the free withdrawals, I'm thinking of opening a Metro account when I'm in London next week, to use as a second account that I can use to take money out when I'm in Europe.0 -
