2 jobs worn out debt free diary

Ive just found this forum and think it will help me stick to my savings and debt repayment plan.
Debts: £6212 Egg cc 0%
£3919 Santander 0%
£2566 Virgin cc 15.9%
First plus loan 20K
student loans 12 K hubby 2 K me
tax credit repayment (think Im going to end up owing £1600 for overpayment)
So what am I doing? Ive budgeted £300 a month on top of minimum payments to start to repay. Also going to put money away each month to build up fund for emergencies and to repay WTC next April. Ive done a SOA, done a little spreadsheet with bar chart to watch my credit card debt go down, started a spending diary and this week hubby and I are setting ourselves challenge to just eat what we have in house and not buy extra. Also selling bike on ebay (currently at £85) and sold tent this week also for £70. Also I said I would do extra shifts this week for additional money.
Got to start somewhere.:D

Just an update for my diary really...
I am pretty worn out with jobs so have had a rest from nursing over summer. Also got a promotion so that's a big help will get that money next month. Had some car trouble on holiday and had saved money for holiday but not for car expense so that's a lesson to be learned! Had to put that expense on cc so I was down about that.
Otherwise Im feeling things are moving in the right direction and a big thanks for the support from this website.Egg April 10 £6600 Jan £4678 now £0

Well done with how things are going isy, and congrats on the promotion! Even with the car issues (which is a genuine emergency, not frivolous spending) your debt is still lower than april, so it's going in the right direction!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Had a row with hubby this am. I'm keeping a spending diary and he spent £30 on booze and taxi last night and I flipped. I just feel like it's me alone worrying about debt.

Realised today that I overreacted a bit when somone pointed out that I probably spend more on wine at supermarket each month! Think Im just stressed by having to think all the time about saving/ not spending. Anyway spending diary is going ok. Im saving on work lunches. Think its going in the right direction anyway.Egg April 10 £6600 Jan £4678 now £0

It is hard when you are only thinking about the debts and repaying them. Can you allow yourself and DH a bit of spending money each month which you can do what you like with? That might help as a budgeted spend."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Good idea but Im not sure I can at the moment.
Happy today though as just paid £335 into virgin cc. Yahoo. I really want to get that down because I recently applied for a 0% cc with RBS and didnt get accepted and when I checked my Virgin cc they had just increased my credit limit to 13K! I didnt even want that. No wonder I didnt get accepted.Egg April 10 £6600 Jan £4678 now £0

Up early and on here to give myself a reminder not to overspend. Ive set a weekly budget now and still doing my spending diary which is really working. Today's challenge is to go to Tesco extra and only spend £10 clothing voucher (got to get school uniforms).
The other thing I've just done is to increase my payment to Egg card so I've just changed direct debit amount so should start to see some changes hopefully.
The other thing I am doing today is put my DD's Elmo live on ebay and sell it cos she hasnt looked at it for a year. I noticed they are selling for £30. Will be a nice present for someones child at Xmas for half the price.Egg April 10 £6600 Jan £4678 now £0
