tried to place an order at midday today, had to open a query ticket as system would not allow payment by credit card. following message appeared - your payment cant be processed please contact the merchant directly.

its a shame no contact numbers are avaialble to phone as
this would be easier as over 4 hours later and no response final response to the ticket and now several of the items i wanted to order are out of stock
an unhappy shopper. :mad::mad::mad:

Yes Suzie that's the one - have posted a thing on fb to see if anyone knows, but couldn't understand the forum on AF so haven't been able to post there - they did refund me £1.09 as they don't know the answer on how to make it up

Will keep trying to find out and will let you know if I get any further forward

I have put a post in on FB as well and like you said AF forum isn't up to much I have opened a ticket with them to see why I can't get logged in.

Good luck with finding out how to make the muffins I will let you know if I get any info

I've nudged Dan about the muffin baking instructions. Perhaps he and the lads will experiment and let us know the results. But will anyone dare to eat them, I wonder?

Meanwhile I have had a reply on FB thank you to Graham he say's
"Each packet makes about 6 muffins, mix with an egg, a couple of table spoons of oil and about 70mls of water (that bit is from memory so it may be a bit less water!) whisk for 2-3 mins, mix should be 'gloopy'. Spoon into cake cases and cook on gas mark 5 for 15-20mins."
I will give that one a go but still have lots of goodies from my last AF order to munch through before I make the Chocolate Muffins. :T

Thanks for that Suzie - will give it a go too, but am away this weekend so it will have to wait a til next weekend - watch this space!

have just done an order my first one since last june, i'm glad to see less junk (saying that i bought pot noodles) and decent items for postage discount (since it's £12 to here), if they keep tings up to this standard i may go back to ordering more often
