Is anyone else having trouble getting onto their website.

I have been trying for two days and keep getting either forbidden, access denied or an Apeche 2 Test Page.

I tried directly and through the email link, no joy.

I will try the laptop and see if I can get through on that.

Have emailed AP as realised i am not going to be in for a
full day around when delivery will come- still waiting to hear?

I've also had problems with poor communication. My delivery of three boxes turned up minus a box which was held due to damage in transit. I emailed a week ago requesting that the goods be re-sent and had, by way of reply, a generic 'ticket raised' email, whatever that means.

I've heard nothing further from them. The goods have not been re-sent, which is frustrating because the things which did not arrive where the most important part of the order - I would not have bothered to order the other things without those items. I suspect that the items are out of stock, but would have expected that either an alternative could be sent or a refund for the goods and postage given. As a minimum, I'd expect an email from them explaining the situation, but nothing.

As it is, I'm £13.21 down on a £40ish order. Not good.

hi, noticed people have trouble getting on website, i can get on there fine, but cannot access the forum, has anyone else had this.

i have had trouble
the forum is back but i had trouble getting on the latest stuff ( went out of my fav) but its on now

Can anyone tell me how to track my order? I got an email on Friday to say it was dispatched and would be delivered by courier Mon- Tues. I would like to be able to at least get a rough idea. 2 days to wait in is too much even for me. When I click on the AF link, it just takes me to their page telling me it is dispatched.
How do i find the courier link?
