I placed my second order and made a mistake. I emailed right after but had an email back saying they couldn't amendi it. I was really annoyed by this but when I phoned they were so friendly and helpful, sorted it right away, and I felt guilty for having been stroppy. I think companies deserve to live or die by their customer service, and AF have today provided the best service I've had for a long time.0

I've recently had a couple of packing disasters, but AF have apologised and refunded without question (I did send photos) so I have happily just ordered again.0

My order was due for delivery today. Having waited and waited, I logged into the tracking information, which showed the parcel as delivered. I have since spoken to DPD, who have confirmed that the parcel has been delivered to the wrong house. Brilliant! They went on to say that the courier is now out of the area, so it is up to me to retrieve the parcel. Not really the point of home delivery, and assumes that I can manage to lug the box about. Very poor, not at all impressed. If I can't retrieve the parcel, I will have to raise a claim through paypal.0

DPD are trying to have a laugh at your expense!
NO WAY is it your job to retrieve it :mad:0 -
I know. I let them know in no uncertain terms that it is not right, but they will not budge. Pretty dreadful company to deal with. It remains to be seen if the parcel can be retrieved. I tried to contact approved foods via the sales@approvedfood address. I got an auto reply from DPD. Somehow I on't think my complaint will be passed on, hence the post on here.0

Try giving AF a phone call, their number is 0114 360 0961 and I have found them to be unfailingly friendly and helpful on this number. HTH0 -

Sorry about your parcel, tooldle. I know how annoying and frustrating these incidents are.
If you think you email to sales@approvedfood.co.uk hasn't reached us, then if you post your order number here, I'll pass it on together with what you have said. It will be Monday before there is anyone in the office but they will sort it for you.“Official Company Representative

I received my order yesterday - about my 5th, I think - but the whole reason I placed the order was because of the Special K Bites deal of 250 bags for £14.99. They weren't in the box. It should have been pretty obvious at AF's end that they weren't in the box as it only weighed 2kg and the bites on their own (without wrappers) was 6kg!
I've e-mailed sales@approvedfood.co.uk twice but had no response. I really want the bites. If the AF rep reads this, my order number is 271043.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -
Anna, sorry about the missing bites (¿escondidos con la nave espacial quizas?
) I've passed on your post to CS and I'm sure they'll sort it on Monday.

I hope the aliens haven't taken my Special K Bites!
BTW - Anna Grant is a forum alias - but the order number should find who I really am! The bites still appear to be in stock
Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
