If anyone is thinking of the part baked rolls, we have finally used some today and they are lovely.

i put mine in icecube trays and add to soups

If its the huge tins i think tread with caution! I bought some 2 months back and they ruined a few batches of lasagne bolgnaise for me, gave everything a strong acidic taste...

Just add some sugar to get rid of the acidic taste. That's what chefs do and hubby who worked in a 5* when on Uni hols.

Yes, I always add a small amount of sugar to whenever I add tins of toms to anything so will also do with this, thanks.

Has anyone bought the Amoy Thai Green Curry Paste. I am thinking of opening tin and freezing in ice cube trays. Anyone had any success with this or how long it will keep then in the freezer. Thanks

Hi, yes i have this and have frozen. It does not go rock hard, but does freeze - how long it lasts depends on your freezer
