I got straight on the phone to approved food who apolagised credited the free gift back to my account and sent the 3 missing items out to me they came the next day. There is a post on our blog of someone making milkshake as well as many other things from this product http://blog.approvedfood.co.uk/?s=chai&s_submit=
She used a sachet to make a milkshake by mixing the contents with 300ml of cold milk and giving it a whiz in my smoothie maker machine.
Hope this is useful.“Official Company Representative

A lot of the time you can find the same product for the same price or less and not have to put up with a short or expired best before date.0 -
I stopped ordering when they jacked up the delivery price to over £10 for my area (and no i am not in the highlands) this coupled with the 25kg box limit adds 41p per kilo to whatever i order so it is pointless looking there for bargains now as when you do find a good one then you are limited to something stupid like one per customer.
A lot of the time you can find the same product for the same price or less and not have to put up with a short or expired best before date.
I can assure you that we are constantly looking into alternative delivery options and we plan to implement some innovations in the very near future, which will offer more delivery choices and greater flexibility to our customers.
Our aim is to offer as many bargains as we possibly can and we frequently have amazing reductions, but these are often limited quantities so we prefer to share these between as many customers as possible, rather than allow just a few to snap them all up.“Official Company Representative
