    They have gone from offering a one hour timeslot with DPD to the current 'some time within these 3 days' for the same delivery charge. It's just not good enough, and I'll be giving them a miss until they sort this out.

    Do they still use DPD at all?

    If you want DPD to be your delivery method then try not to order anything breakable such as glass jars.

    Theres an icon on the pages where you order the foods to show you which ones are delivered by citylink, its a black symbol. If you dont pick any of those foods, DPD deliver.

    slightly random choice of products - they have this for 2 litre bottles of coke

    At the moment they are using neither citylink nor DPD, but trialling UK Mail and myHermes. Neither offers a date/time slot.

    Maybe they are trialling different delivery methods in different areas ?

    anyone else noticed that nearly every order made. some
    items are missing.

    last order i made could not open for two weeks as busy with charity work. but order incorrect again

    also last mystery box included items for pets....

    Last order I got was around 3 weeks ago, delivered by DPD. If they do start using myhermes on a regular basis I wont order from them again ever, had too many parcel disasters with myhermes.
