I couldn't do a regular shop with them because they don't regularly sell basics at competitive prices. They are very good for prepackaged/prepared foods however. If you cook mostly from scratch then it will be less useful to you than if you use jarred sauces and packet foods. Worth perusing the site occasionally just in case.0

As people above have said - Very good for bulk buying of dried stuff that dont really go out of date. Stuff like pasta , rice, beans, lentils, couscous, bulgar wheat
Worth checking out ocassionally - Start with the "popular products" and "biggest savings" selections0 -

There's a thread!
Happy shopping!
Have you tried using the "unsubscribe" option which is at the bottom of every email they send ? If this doesnt work , drop them an email. They are normally very helpful0 -
Got my first Christmas present of the year this morning, a bag of yummy humbugs from the lovely folk at APPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

I only buy for me so have only used AF once.
I got some Allinson wholemeal flour (it says that it is out of date but it tastes fine), some cheese & tomato bread mix (out of date but again fine to use), I had some tins of irish stew but decided to give these to a tombola and they had some jars of peach compote - I kept one and gave one to mum (these were French and are yummy).
It was like Christmas getting a box from them. I have to be careful what I buy as I only have the pantry to store things in and the pantry is not that big.0 -
Have to just say how pleased I was with AP Foods delivery this time. Ordered Sunday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning.
I had not expected it to arrive prior to the holidays and for it to arrive in two days this time of year is brilliant service!AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Approved Food company representative's member name in Newest Post is so long that it is spoiling the layout of this board's summary page. I am therefore adding this post to rectify the situation.0

There is a stall holder in Accrington Market that sells super value confectioneries and drinks. Excellent prices and wonderful customer service.
The owner has appeard on the Accrington Observer, we need more people like him0 -
I've just placed my first order with them - specifically avoiding anything that's out of date, I've still managed to find plenty of bargains to be had. It strikes me that it'd be an excellent place to look for bulk-buying sweets/drinks/etc for a party. (Or, as I've just done, bulk-buying sweets and chocolate for one of those very special days-that-end-in-Y.) I did pop in some sauces, too - looking forward to trying those on a lazy day, or perhaps in the slow cooker.Cashback / Freebie Sites I Use:
