I am the official company representative of Approved Food. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. Basically, as soon as possible, lottie3000. Occasionally one may get overlooked, so if you post the order number and ticket number here, I'll give the CS guys a nudge.
The order number is 470177 and the latest support ticket is 200463, I did add photo's to the last message but i'm not convinced they have all gone through correctly.
Thanks for your help0 -

OK has anyone came across the website? It keeps appearing in emails and on Facebook and don't know if scam or not? Is it legal or what? Would be good if safe to use though save some money but im being cautious about it in case risky.

The OS'ers will have most info on this, but Approvedfood is a website that sells food that is end of range/near to/on the best before date. It does have £5 postage - but is really good for tins/jars of stuff if you have the space to store it. Generally it's to do with things that supermarkets can't sell because they have a best before date on, but this doesn't mean it's gone off ('use by date' is what is used for perishables). This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -

It's a very safe company to deal with. Some of the goods are short-dated or even past their BBE dates but everything I've ever bought from them has been excellent.0 -
I am quite impressed with them, with the two orders I have had from them. Have had some damaged items in the last delivery but hoping they sort that out. The items I have received have all been as stated on web site.0

I loved approved food last year when I stocked up on the slimmm shakes they were selling at amazingly low prices, helped me shift a lot of lbs for not a lot of pounds, lol. Do the bottom of their boxes still say fun things, like "Stop looking at my bottom?"
We moved house recently and used one of our old approved food boxes and had a good giggle when we noticed!:eek:0 -

Have had to put a CS ticket in ( #337631), as something has cropped up with order.
