• Has anyone tried a luxury health box? Am tempted but not sure...
I have not tried this, Its a lot of money. If you go on AF and have a look at the health products section they have and it will give you an idea of the products you will get and if you want any of them.

I received an order from Approved foods 15 days ago.
Six of the items I ordered were not sent and I got something completely different instead.

I phoned them, and was told to send an email. I checked the email address and sent an email to customerservice@email.approvedfood.co.uk

That was 14 days ago and I have heard nothing.

When I try to raise a ticket online, the entire text keeps disappearing before I can complete it, its impossible.

What do I do now? Send another email?

I have managed to raise a ticket online using a different browser, Google Chrome instead of Firefox. Here's hoping.

Definitely not! It would be an expensive gamble, it is very vague what you could get. Bet you would get ear candles, they have had those in stock for a while.
• I find it such a shame that a potentially excellent company like AF let themselves down by not communicating with their customers enough.

Reading a lot of the comments on here it would seem that people get fed up waiting for replies to their queries about missing/damaged items and refunds, and so don't bother to re-order. I'm sure AF must lose a lot of business because of this.

It does seem a sloppy and frustrating way to run things from the customers point of view though. A quick email to say "We are dealing with your problem, we'll get back to you!" would do a lot for customer confidence.

If you have no joy, raise it on their Facebook page. Things seem to get speeded up then for some reason!

I received a really nice email and apology from AF the day after I sent the ticket via Google Chrome. Refund issued as discount on next order.

They said they did not receive the original email. I really did check that email address with the AF guy over the phone.

Has anyone had a delivery using their new courier, Despatch Bay? The tracking system says it went out for delivery at 02.43 this morning. Hmm.

Have they ditched the one hour time slot?

ETA: Just been delivered by Royal Mail, with no advance warning. Fortunately I was in, but I'd be sorry to lose the time slot/text message system.

They don't seem to have the one hour slots like DPD.
Mine was out for delivery this morning but I won't get it till Monday as they don't do Saturdays.
