Must you go to that particular Osteo as £38 sounds to be on the steep side even if it is a 'big city' one; might there be another one that is cheaper but also closer to home to save on travel costs too?
I know you don't want additional expense but don't forget to consider the deep tissue massages I mentioned to compliment the osteo treatment as muscles have a nasty habit of grouping together and getting hard as a protection/defensive mechanism to cover the effected area. The massage can also help loosen things off to make the osteo manipulations as bit easier
I hope you and Elvis are looking after each other
We haven't heard of any of your lovely cooking adventure for a while, do you have anything scrummy planned for this cold weather?
Regards
ATT
Thanks for stopping by ATT.. Not done that much cooking lately (either been at work or struggling with my back).. But a lovely Beef bourguignon should make an appearance at some point I expect..Maybe a couple of cakes too.. Fancy popping over for tea?Froggy's New Lillypad FundTotal so far: £ 10,009.770 -
Take care of yourself Froggy, glad to hear Elvis is on the mend too.
Hi Ally
Thanks for your post..I am back to the osteopath tonight at 5.. Elvis is much better, though he is a bit annoyed that he can't go out and play outside because of the snow.. He is constantly glued to the radiator..

Morning LP
The osteopath was painful..am at home today..
I have severely damaged a disc in my lower back that will require a lot of treatment.. Unfortunately I will have to give up the rest of the ping pong season to avoid any further damage..
Not only my only hobby is taken away from me, but also any significant additions to my Masterplan fund will be restricted for the next few weeks as each treatment is £38 + tram costs to get into town..
The film was ok, but I would choose something else if I were you..
Not a good day..
Froggy
Morning Froggy!
Oh not such good news at all then
Lets hope that with some rest and some treatment you will back fully fit in no time. Who knows it might even give you some greater flexibility for the future

Weather is clear this morning, averaging zero degrees.. We had 4/5 inches of snow Saturday..that was fun..now it's just icy off the main roads, apart from that, all ok..

Yeah pretty similar then I guess. Roads are a bit icy and slushy, we had a fair amount fall Saturday evening and night. Apparently got more due in to us on Thursday, so as long as it doesn't disrupt me getting to work im happy!
Although how it will affect football tuesday night remains to be seen. I imagine it will either be called off if the pitch is frozen or I expect low numbers of people showing

Remember LP, a frozen pitch or a game called off is NOT an excuse to go down the chippy!Froggy's New Lillypad FundTotal so far: £ 10,009.770 -

Way to go Froggy! I think my mobile will only ever be worth a couple of pence
They would end up sending it back and charging me the postage!
Ally
That mobile belonged to X-OH but she just wanted to throw it away..cue, me saying thats alright I'll do it for you.. I also have £3 cashback associated with it to come through in the next few weeks.. Every little helps..;)
Thanks for stopping by Ally

Glad the masterplan fund is still growing...as you say, every little helps.
Any news on that Beef Bourguignon? Be just the thing for this weather (left overs make great pies too...)
Any more appointments with the osteopath?
