    Hi Froggy
I've been reading your diary for a while and wanted to say hi and thanks again for your kind offer.
Sorry to hear of the recent upheavals in your life, but hope that the changes are the start of something good :)

Enjoy the film and hope Elvis is better soon.

    Morning all :j

Another £53.48 from £co received this morning and added to the Masterplan fund..

It's freezing up here.. Elvis is much better today.. Hopefully just a bug..

Am off to the ostheopath tonight and I can't wait..

Went to the cinema (Orange Wednesdays) last night to watch The Grey and then to Cafe Rouge (new menu there, pretty good..) and in true MSE style we had a 50% off food voucher, so all in all a cheap night entertainment..

    Cheers

  • Your masterplan seems to be really be gathering some pace now buddy.

How did the ostheopath go? Feel better or has it made it worse?

How was the film, been thinking of watching that myself.

    Morning LP

The osteopath was painful..am at home today..
I have severely damaged a disc in my lower back that will require a lot of treatment.. Unfortunately I will have to give up the rest of the ping pong season to avoid any further damage..

Not only my only hobby is taken away from me, but also any significant additions to my Masterplan fund will be restricted for the next few weeks as each treatment is £38 + tram costs to get into town..

The film was ok, but I would choose something else if I were you..

    Not a good day.. :(

My sister and I have the same theory Cath, we're convinced that if you don't shop somewhere for a while at a place you have a loyalty card that they then try and entice you with offers. I couldn't prove it but think Mr T is quick at responding than Mr S?

Really sorry to hear that Froggy but your health must come first, you need to be fit and strong to fight the mortgage and beef up that lovely Masterplan

Must you go to that particular Osteo as £38 sounds to be on the steep side even if it is a 'big city' one; might there be another one that is cheaper but also closer to home to save on travel costs too?

I know you don't want additional expense but don't forget to consider the deep tissue massages I mentioned to compliment the osteo treatment as muscles have a nasty habit of grouping together and getting hard as a protection/defensive mechanism to cover the effected area. The massage can also help loosen things off to make the osteo manipulations as bit easier

I hope you and Elvis are looking after each other

We haven't heard of any of your lovely cooking adventure for a while, do you have anything scrummy planned for this cold weather?

    Regards
