Morning all :j
Back to ping pong tonight..after a couple of weeks break, hoping for a good win to lift us off the foot of the league table..
I have managed to find an osteopath to sort my back out, appointment Thursday next week..The cost is quite high but I need it sorted right now as its preventing from doing a lot of things and its getting on my nerves..
Finances are looking good so far.. Credit card bill is due end of next week, but everything is under control..
EX-OH has moved out this morning.. So its only me & Elvis at home..
Hope everybody is well?
Cheers

Hi Froggy, hope your back gets better soon, I've been plagued with various back things over the years and it is an expensive business but your health is so important. Sometimes think I've personally paid off my osteo's mortgage
When was the last time you reviewed your CC provider, are you sure you are getting the most you can from it in terms of 0% offers, points, cashback etc?lincoln-potter wrote: »Morning Froggy.
Oh a nice win in ping pong (would I be in trouble to call it table tennis? or are there small technicalities that are different?).
If its something to do with your health you really shouldn't mind what the cost is. Or least thats my stance on it.
How are you feeling now the Ex has moved out? Must be a tough time, can only imagine
Totally agree with LP here re your health, have you also considered deep tissue sports massage, flippin painful but just the job and can really compliment the osteo treatments, I wouldn't be without mine
Regards

Thanks for your posts ATT.. I can't wait fro the osteopath.. I know it will be painful (been before) however I know it will be beneficial.. £45 for the initial consultation, and £38 for any other treatment..
I might consider massages down the line if it helps in the long run..
Concerning CC provider, I am with Mr T, and quite happy.. I pay off my CC every month and get Clubcard points that pay for my cinema and eating out..
Thanks for the reminder for the No to 0870..
Hope you enjoyed your lazy weekend..

Lost 6-4 in last night ping pong game.. gutted I was .. We are playing against the same team in the quarter final of the league cup on Monday next week.. I thought we had another match tomorrow, but it has been postponed till Tuesday next week.. It will be easier as I would have had treatment on my back by then, I really struggled yesterday..
So free night tonight..
Wednesday I ma going out to the cinema to see the new Liam Neeson movie and a bite to eat with friends..;)
No money news today, no massive movements to report..
Hope everybody is well?
