Ah i see, my old man was pretty good at table tenis from his years in the Navy, so as a wee nipper I picked it up from him . Played a few games at uni against my flat mates and used to kick a$$, until they started practicing without telling me when I went on a night out.... haha.

Aye had a few troubles but even before then I always thought if you can afford it to help your health you should. I wear contacts for example and I would gladly pay any fee to have my eye sight fixed. Only issue is laser treatment is done by Doctors who still wear glasses.... so if its that effective why haven't they had it done? That one made me laugh.. You would fall off your chair if you knew how many accountants I work with that are rubbish with their own finances when they deal with millions of £ of other people's money on a daily basis :rotfl:

Put all your energy into finding that job will help take your mind off things. How wide a net have you cast for jobs? Its pretty tricky out there at the minute, we had over sixty job applicants for one job the other month. Its hard to choose between them but first impressions really count.

Yep job search is pretty tricky.. Recruitment agencies are not bringing the results intended.. Therefore I am using as many of my contacts to put the word out there, and increasing the geographical search area..

    That's a result..

I have also received the cheque from MusicMagpie for £19.36 that I need to cash in today..

Hi Froggy, you might know her as Debbie Harry, she was the lead singer for Blondie, she's American and I think in her 60's now but still sings, I think had a few numbers one's in the UK in the 80's, 90's and I think one in the noughties too

Well done Froggy, you know my thoughts on HMRC  If you need to contact them again and get stuck on hold I would recommend looking at the 'say no to 0845' website, I saw someone else recommend it as it gives you the direct dial numbers and it always worked a treat getting straight through to someone
