Thanks for stopping by ATT.. Not done that much cooking lately (either been at work or struggling with my back).. But a lovely Beef bourguignon should make an appearance at some point I expect..Maybe a couple of cakes too.. Fancy popping over for tea?
Hi Froggy, just been catching up, ooh, lovely and nomnomnom, cakes sound just yummy
Lol at Elvis and the radiator, I know just how he feels! If it gets any colder I might have to dig my ski wear out, actually if I had it my way I just wear it all the time, snuggy and roomy, what's not to like :rotfl:
Well done on the latest MP additions, it amazing how it all mounts up isn't it
How's the back feeling now Froggy?
Regards

Hi ATT :j
I'll give you a shout when the cakes come out of the oven.. The beef bourguignon is definitely on for this coming week.. My meal plan for the next 7 days is ready, and I am armed with a £5 off £30 spend for my food shop tonight..
I have cashed in my tax cheque so that will be added to the masterplan fund at the end of next week..
I was at the physio last night and the top of my back feels so much better.. Next appointment/torture session is on Monday night.. Apparently I am making good progress.. The cost of the physio is taking its toll so I will have to cover with my planned additions to the masterplan fund for February, and possibly some for the pot as well.. I am trying to tighten up the spends on grocery & petrol to make up the difference.. Short term loss for long term gain..
Not too much planned for the weekend, it will probably be weather dependent..
Hope everybody is well?
Cheers

Hi Froggy, somehow I had moved the subscription to your diary - I wondered why you were so quiet.....
I hope all is going well and glad to hear the agencies are ramping up their activities. I've sent a couple of things over to you so hope they arrived safely.
Best of luck with your back. I think that really is one of the worst pains to have as everything you do seems to hurt.

Hi Froggy-G - glad to hear your back is getting better. :j
I remember you said recently you were trying to cut down on some spending, and you were thinking of getting a smoothie maker so you could take shakes into work for breakfast. Wondered how that was going? Also wondered if you happened to like porridge? We eat this for breakfast and love it, it is very economical as you can get a big pack of oats relatively cheaply, and it keeps you full for ages. We enjoy ours with honey, milk, and sometimes some mixed seeds/dried fruits if we've picked them up on offer at the health food shop. You may not like porridge of course ... but thought I'd suggest it.0
