Ta GG for the dodgy hug.. Trying to remain positive here.. Am glad I have this forum to escape to...

Forgot to say, I have received the last M&S voucher from VO, to fill OH & my Mum's shopping spree.. My Mum has also confirmed she is coming in October, which makes me REALLY happy.. I can't wait!

Anything exciting happening on your side GG?

    Morning all

Not much to report here.. OH is away in London tomorrow & Friday, which should give me a chance to catch up with VO surveys..

I need to put the cupboards doors that have been painted back up.. The painters, and the fitters (for oven, gas hob & cooker hood) will be here on Saturday...

Think OH wants to measure the flooring and get a couple of quotes this weekend too.. Might be a job for Sunday..

Think we have a plan for our weeding anniversary for Thursday next week.. We will go out to a nice restaurant for dinner followed by coktails in a trendy place in Manchester.. And at the weekend, we will do one of those pub walks we have been promising ourselves to do for a long time...

Am off to the local swimming pool tonight.. Need to get back into shape before the table tennis season starts again..

    Hope everybody is well?

    Cheers
