Morning everyone  hope you are all feeling well and warm and hugs and emergency hobnobs to those suffering from the lurgy....
Pad - an unexpected one - is £60 today (Cabot financial and gas card). I have decided to stop paying my civil service pension for five years....but....I will be mortgage and debt-free if I do so. :money:
Then I can really plan for my future....I'm quite optimistic - despite the knots in my tummy of trying to get through January financially!
    Have a good day everyone
    Lots of love Sassers x:A
PS: After being mortgage and debt-free, Mr Sassers and I will have the money to get married....and have a honeymoon somewhere warm (probably Skeggy in November knowing my luck)...:D

  • Meant to say, hopefully the new credit card practises will help us all pay our debt down quicker. I know as of February my payments will be applied to the highest APR transactions on my Barclaycard. :)

  • Hi

I've not posted on the PAD thread for a long time, but with New Year approaching I think it's time to get back on the wagon.

I'm going to concentrate on paying of my A & L card as this one is costing me the most.

So, just a little payment to get me going...£1.01...which is all I have in my purse at them moment. :o

  • Hello everyone, hope you're all having a super-fine day.

£2.50 pad for me today please paul.

I have just re-done my spreadsheet in readiness for Jan 1st and I'm so excited :j :j :j

My original DFD was July '12 but I think I can now do it by January 2012!!! That's a whole 6 months early :D

It will mean being super-organised with future food shops, meals out, gift purchases etc, but.... Gonna give it a damn good go!
I myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions...
