Does anyone know what the Hermes tracker status changes to once your order has been delivered? I had mine sent to my work address (still not received) but the status has now changed to Courier Received - what does that mean?

I bought the monkey jeans, they are £15 in the sale, reduced down from £50. I think I would've needed a 30" waist. I'm usually an 8-10 in jeans. The fabric felt really nice!

Well I emailed Tesco about the shirt set on Friday Morning and still have had no reply! Am tempted to return to store without invoice and just get a gift card of what they scan at? But knowing my luck they will scan at 1p like my jumper did!

Well I'm gonna be brave and give it a go this afternoon. If they scan at a silly low amount I'll tell them I'd rather hang onto them. I will post my findings. I wouldn't normally be so cheeky as they were free but seeing as tesco are behaving so appallingly I'm going to give it a go

Tried to return the two items I paid for whilst keeping the free item (genuinely didnt like the other two). One of them had a star so they wouldnt refund it and the other scanned at 1p so I have to send both back by post.:mad:

Oooh! Tescos ears must've been burning, they just rang to say that they'll be in contact at the end of the week regarding the missing jeans as it is being looked into. I think they could just save themselves the bother, read this thread and see that they've clearly misadvertised the shirt as a 2 piece set lol! I think a lot of us on here could offer our services as freelance consultants and troubleshooters and get these mysteries solved in less than half the time ;)Anyway, I'm going to be nice and wait until the end of the week to hear from them.

I dont think they'll give you a giftcard if you return without a receipt as Ive done that a couple of times recently and they will only exchange for something else in the clothing department.

Well I returned some stuff yesterday with and without a receipt and the woman just put it all back on my card! One of the items was a pop up tent my son had for his birthday as a present, he already has 2, so I defo expected a giftcard for that but she just put the lot back on my card! I didnt moan about it though! I always get a giftcard for clothes i return without a receipt, here comes the differing store to store policy!!!

Returned one of my items...a floral dress size 10. It was priced at £3.60 (original price £12.00) and the price on the invoice with the discount was £2.70.

Took it instore and scanned at £3.50 so i got an exchange towards something else with that amount.

Still not sure what to do with my top i bought which is really nice and fits me perfect...but has red pen on it...

Should i try wash it or should i return instore or online... they dont have any more my size online. It was the red (purply) cut out top.

Any advice??
