Well, i went into store today to query the missing trousers (lol) and the cs lady rang the online clothing dept as i did yesterday

She was on the phone for about 15 mins while a huge queue was forming behind me but basically they will ring me back when they know more. I asked if i could exchange one of the shirts for the bigger size as id seen just the shirts in store but she said she would refund me the full amount £3.92 and i could buy it again through the main checkout. Was very impressed with the way she handled it.

Im still without my trousers though :rotfl:

I got an email back about the shirts saying they're investigating it as they're not sure whether its an error on the website or an item missing but i should return them in the freepost bag and ask for a replacement. Not sure how that will help if its an error and no trousers are supposed to be included??? I also received another 2 orders yesterday, all fine except the leggings i ordered have arrived and are in fact sleepwear? Well I placed my 5th order last night (yes I know that means I've spent over £100 :eek:) and it will be my last! I think I got a lot for the money even though I did spend a lot! I bought a lovely wrap cardigan as a Christmas present for my mum, and a few other pressies for the men folk in the family, a few bits for me and the rest I will put on ebay as I will lose out on free items/deals if I return them by post. Although the sizes of some of the items were a bit iffy to say the least, overall I'm pleased with the products and the service I received.

I got my dispatched email on Friday but haven't had it delivered yet.....When should I start getting worried about it not turning up? I'm probably just over excited!

Bought 2 Norton Polo shirts , same design & size but different colours , but one of them is 2 inches shorter and narrower than the other one so does not fit as well as the other one , i could understand if they were totally different designed polo shirts but to have the same ones with different sizing is bizarre IMO

you go into your tesco account and then on the order tracking details and the tracking number is by each item and if you click it, it goes straight to the courier website.

Well I bought this;- http://www.clothingattesco.com/womenswear/F+F-cropped-jumper/invt/bm011192&bklist=icat,4,buylists,featuredproducts,w-clearance-ss10 well technically my free item, went into store as stripes are not a good look for me, and they said they would just refund me what it comes up as on the till even though it was my free item! Went through till at £0.01!!! So I said Ebay would get me more and took it back!!!

Well thats daft, as the three items i'm returning are all non free ones so basically they will lose out....oh well. I'm going to go tommorrow i think so i will post if i get full amount for all three then basically not having to pay for the other items

The same thing happened to me. I bought 2 jumpers EXACTLTY THE SAME BRAND AND SIZE ETC, but in different colours. One fits perfectly and the other is about 4 inches wider!
