AARGGGHH! I returned 5 of 6 items to tesco online, one of these was faulty (pocket had come cmpletely unstitched inside and one hem was falling down, which i added as a note to the return form).
I spent 32.62, was refunded 23.12. So I have been charged 2.00 for the return (which i shouldn't as an item was faulty!) and charged the full 7.50 for the item I kept despite using a 25% off new customer discount which had no minimum spend!
Am I best to query this by phone or email? I'm absolutely livid!Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -
i would e mail them, i had problems once with being over charged etc and i got the money back and a £10 voucher to use another time. be firm with them and say because of this you may not use there site again.AARGGGHH! They sent an email on 12th saying they have got the goods back but not had a email to say they are refunding yet0 -

its not normally long i'd guess it will be sorted tomorrow or tuesday have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0
