The shirts were scanning at £3.92 instore today. I didn't exchange it for anything, I thought I'd wait and see what they say when they ring me at the end of the week. I was curious and going there anyway so I thought I'd try it. I just said I paid the full £7 so I'd keep it for now and hunt round for the receipt
Good to know though if I don't get a satisfactory response :)

i tried taking my boys shirt back and saying there was no jeans she scanned it to check and it scanned at £4 or £4 odd didn't quite hear her, but she would not refund me as she didn't know what i had paid as it was my free item. so i brought it home rang cs and he offered me £2.00 refund and keep the shirt i accepted :D

  • I'm gutted I just tried on a pair of leggings that I bought only to find a huge hole on one of the legs! I didn't notice earlier as they are the lace ones. The tag also fell off while I was trying them on so I'm worried they won't refund me as they might think I made the hole!
  • I ordered two pairs of jeggins and a jumper, jeggings fit fine but jumper is massive any idea how i go about returning the jumper? What will happen?
  • Hi,
How long did it take for your orders to arrive? I'm just about to do an order but if it wont be here for friday latest I wont bother (going on hol), so was wondering whats the average time.
    Thanks
edit: is it 3 for 2 in the shop, will be easier for me to go there rather then risking it not turning up.

Still not got mine placed it last Tuesday (27th)

i wouldn't worry about tag falling off just take the invoice and tag back and get refund if shop refuses then complain to tesco online. good luck :D

  • I ordered 4 jackets,a cardigan and a pair of sandals for £24.
They arrived today and I didn't like 2 of the jackets so I took them back to our local store. The first one scanned at £7 and the second one at £12.The SA said I could exchange them for anything not just clothes so I got lots of store cupboard stuff in exchange. The result being that I got 2 jackets, cardigan and sandals all for a fiver.Don't you just love Tesco.

if i was you i would use some stain remover and gently try ease it out there some good ones out there and then if no joy just return and say can't have because of marks.

    HTH :D

The top is a coloured top but would using a stain remover take the colour out of the fabric? or just the pen stain?

Ive never used one before so not too sure how they work...

If it didnt take the pen out do you think the shop would take it back if it looked washed in the pen areas??

I don't understand how I'm having to wait a week for them to 'investigate' the matter but other people have received a £2 partial refund? I'd have been happy with that. I just got told the shirts instore value was around £4 so I assumed it scanned at £3.92.

i don't know why that is maybe if you rang again you'd get to speak to a different cs and they may offer you a part refund. :D
