yes looks like it has now just done a dummy shop, shame i was going to look for some cardi's oh well i've had some good deals

i tried without receipt made out i couldn't find it in my bag and cs said we can't refund if no receipt so had to make it suddenly appear :rotfl:

Thats right they wont refund but should put it on a gift card at the price it scans on the till

You will be lucky if your store will put it on a gift card but most stores will scan it and let you buy some other clothes for the same amount or more

Despite this, I do hope you continue to use Clothing at Tesco. And to say sorry for the disappointment caused, I have added a £10.00 credit to your account to cover the cost of the discount you didn’t receive and so you can also receive free delivery on your next order. You can also use the credit against any item of clothing if there happens to be a free delivery offer on at the time. There’s no expiry date on this credit, so it will stay on your order until such times you may wish to use it.

I bought 3 items, returned the 2 most expensive ones cos they werent nice and they refunded me in full so I got the cheapest item free.. totally!! Well pleased although I was planning on paying full price for the item I wanted to keep! I dont mind a free cardi though ^_^

I've just tried to return my items but because 4 of them had the * beside them they refused to accept them, saying these were Direct orders only and that I need to post them back. Only I don't want to be charged £2.
Should I just try to return them without the receipt? and even the * items? I'd be happy with a gift card instead.
