Well I bought this;- http://www.clothingattesco.com/womenswear/F+F-cropped-jumper/invt/bm011192&bklist=icat,4,buylists,featuredproducts,w-clearance-ss10 well technically my free item, went into store as stripes are not a good look for me, and they said they would just refund me what it comes up as on the till even though it was my free item! Went through till at £0.01!!! So I said Ebay would get me more and took it back!!!
If it was me, I would have grabbed as many of those as I could and then purchased them for 1p to sell on ebay (assuming they had some instore)!0

Well thats daft, as the three items i'm returning are all non free ones so basically they will lose out....oh well. I'm going to go tommorrow i think so i will post if i get full amount for all three then basically not having to pay for the other items
Let us know how you get on. It will be interesting to see how they handle returns instore.0

That would have been exactly what I had have done! The lady said that its Spring/Summer stock so they didnt stock it and was surprised that they were still selling it online!
I also returned a skirt from a order that I had used the £10 voucher code and they just refunded me what I had actually paid as stated on the invoice. What would happen if you retruned all items apart from the cheapest one? (which would have been free?)
Do they charge you full price for it??♥ Blogger at Victoria's Vintage Blog ♥0

I also ordered 4 ste of the boys shirt an djeans so will be complaining to tesco as no trousers!
rest of kiddy stuff lovely apart from being out of stock of one item, tried to tally up my order and not relaly sure if I am out of pocket as ordered 12 items so 3 should have been free.
If one item is out of stock have other people lost a free item??
 Cheers Karen0

So far I've rang tesco and emailed them about the missing trousers and have heard nothing! Has anyone tried taking them back to store without the online receipt? I've got two of them and would be more than happy with gift cards for the full item price if tescos can't be bothered to deal with their mistake. This may have been a good bargain but I'm not impressed with the lack of customer service here, especially considering it's their mistake!
I ordered a pair of monkey jeans, I had no idea what my waist measured so I actually measured it and thought ordering the 27" waist ones would be a safe bet. It wasn't, they were really tight, got them over my legs but there was a good 2.5" gap at the top where I couldn't get it done up! I returned them to a store even though they had a star by them and got my £10.65 back. The SA remarked that they actually scanned in at £50, she was really surprised that I'd only been charged £10.65.July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0

I remember reading earlier in the thread that someone took a jumper back and it scanned in at 0.01p so be careful if you do do that as you never know what it will scan at.
can i ask what jeans you bought please?
 Many thanks..0

Thank you very much to mobby for this offer.
Ordered 3 cardigans, free item cancelled, emailed customer services and lady called and left a message on phone yesterday to say that the free item cost has been deducted from my bill for the 2 paid for items - so 2 cardigans for £14, each cost £20+ originally. 0 0
