Just got mine and I'm really disappointed, was my first and last order from tesco clothes. Sending three of six items back as they have a horrible fit to them. One of the items I want to keep is a pair of shorts with a fraying hem on one leg and a ripped inner pocket, I'd rather repair them and still have a free item then send them back.
Anyone returned anything in 3 for 2 and know how it works?Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -
I've had my second order delivered and really pleased with that too, think I must be one of the lucky ones.Still waiting for another 2 to come

My order arrived yesterday. Ordered 3 items: a jacket, straw bag and a skirt. All are in great condition :j , I was actually pleasantly surprised by a good quality after reading some posts
. F&F jacket is lovely and fits well ( my size is 10 but I ordered size 8), the straw bag is good, paid less than for a similar one from Asda but this one is so much better. Total is £20, many thanks OP. 0 -
i would like to say a big thank you for this, i made 3 orders (diff email addys), 2 using £10 off code and 1 using the 25% off a first clothes shop.
for my first order i got my son 3 pairs of school trousers (3 for 2) a checked shirt, 2 t shirts, 2 hooded vest tops and a pair of pyjamas all for £24 and all fit great
my second order i used the £10 off code and got myself 3 tops, they weren't in the sale so full price but i paid £26 instead of £36
for my third order i bought the £12 uniform bundle and used the 25% off code so it cost £9, the coat alone was worth £16 and apart from the coat being a little big everything is great, nothing to send back, i'm really chuffed.
thank you :T0 -
Hello folks,
Got my order today. Most of it doesn't fit at all and it amazes me how a size 10 in one style is so small I can't get it over my head, and yet another item in a size 10 (by the same brand) is more like a size 16! Anyway, I only want to keep a couple of items from each order and I can't reorder and return the whole lot as the items I like are out of stock now. Does anybody know if you return most of the order, do they remove the £10 off £30 spend discount pushing the prices of the stuff you want to keep up? Also how do they refund if you keep one item out of a 2 for the price of 3 offer? Do you end up paying full price for the one item or do they divide the value of the 3 items by 3? Hope that makes sense! Just want to know what the refund would be and whether it's worth me retuirning the stuff that doesn't fit.
Thanks in advance for your help.0 -
The £10 off is split across the chargeable items if you look on the invoice, if you return to a store they will refund the price stated on the invoice0

Yes, but there are also items to return with no charge and I thought people were saying that when they phoned TESCO, they were dividing out the cost of all the items so you wouldn't lose out if your free item was unavailable? Or something like that...
One of the items I want to keep has been worked out as the free item. Surely I won't be able to return the 2 paid for items for a refund and keep the 3rd one free will I?0 -
If you return them to the store they will refund the price on the invoice so yes you will keep the free item
