Ok, well I received my order about half an hour ago and I have sent the lot back. They are all really poor quality and I am not surprised at the cheap prices. I have ordered many, many clothes from Tesco before, but these were all horrendous, especially the necklace jumper which was really, really thinly knitted and had massive silver chain links printed all the way down the front in a transfer type print. I know these clothes were cheap, especially after the discounts, but I will not be wearing any of them. Even the blue swing jacket was made out of sweatshirt material. :eek:0

I took things back to a store earlier this week from an order that I placed online. When I phoned to try and cancel (placed 2 of the same orders by accident) the lady on the phone that it wasn't possible to cancel once an order once it had been placed, but said you can take them back to the store or refuse them at delivery. She did say however that the store I was returning to needed to sells clothing and that there would be a £2 charge. But they never charged me so happy days.
That return was easy, as I was returning the whole order. My only concern now is as there are only a few items I want to return and as the order was on the 342 offer, how this would work for refund.0 -
