Please let me reassure you that we do everything we can to ensure our systems are updated regularly. This helps reduce the amount of items we have to cancel when they go out of stock. This only happens on the odd occasion, however as Clothing at Tesco is a new venture, I really appreciate your feedback.

I've passed your comments onto our Clothing Team and I'm confident they will do everything they can to stop something like this from happening in the future.

Further to this, I'm afraid I don't have the facility to cancel your order because it's processed so quickly. So, what I'll do instead is, once you're order has been dispatched I'll refund £3.60 back to your payment card to cover the cost of the next cheapest item on your order, the cocoon cardigan. I'll sent an email to confirm and it'll take between 3 and 5 working days for the money to show in your account.

In conclusion, you'll only be paying for the Necklace print jumper in your order. Thank you for taking the time to email me.

I've had an email to say part of my order has been cancelled ( a £7.50 playsuit) and they have only charged me £9 for a dress, giving me my other £7.50 dress free. A bit gutted as the playsuit was what I really wanted, but looks like it has automatically come through as bogof.

Hope that helps others who have stuff cancelled. Oh and other order i did this morning for kiddies stuff has been dispatched already

I've had my delivery today. All items are there, apart from one which I already knew was cancelled. Most of it I like, but there's a few odds bits I want to take back. Does anyone know how taking things back works for refunds etc... with everything being 241. Thanks

I made my order last night, was pretty chuffed as I got jeans, two tops, denim shorts, going out shorts and a lace jumper for 33.60 using 3for2, free delivery and 25% off first order when the jeans alone were orginally 50
I'm thinking about making another order sunday, but am a bit worried about all these cancelled items now.

I can't rememeber the time but I got a reply the same day. The cancellation e-mail came about 09:00ish, I don't know what time I contacted them but got a reply at 15:00 ish, so you might probably get a reply tomorrow

Thanks I Shall keep checking tomorrow... not too fussed as it was only a cardi but if I`d have known I`d have got something else. I shouldnt really complain- last order I placed they cancelled a full price item and still gave me all my savings and deals I guess for me it was swings and roundabouts.

I got 2 of my orders today and although mostly pleased there is a few problems.
The grey school trousers look black although they do say grey on the label! Maybe my eyes more than anything but not sure they'll be suitable now.
The boys shirts sets have arrived without any jeans!!!
