Just had my delivery.

For those who had their 'free' item cancelled, I'd suggest e-mailing them about it and stating that you ordered because of the 342 promotion, really wanted the cancelled item and this was not a good first time experience ordering from Tesco Clothing.
I did this and I got a kind reply saying that I will also be refunded for the next cheapest item(£3.XX) so only have to pay for one item.

I'm really sorry we had to cancel the snake skin pumps from your Clothing order XXXXX. I understand how disappointed you must be as you really wanted these shoes. I know I wouldn't want to miss out on the 3 for 2 offer either.

Please let me reassure you that we do everything we can to ensure our systems are updated regularly. This helps reduce the amount of items we have to cancel when they go out of stock. This only happens on the odd occasion, however as Clothing at Tesco is a new venture, I really appreciate your feedback.

I've passed your comments onto our Clothing Team and I'm confident they will do everything they can to stop something like this from happening in the future.

Further to this, I'm afraid I don't have the facility to cancel your order because it's processed so quickly. So, what I'll do instead is, once you're order has been dispatched I'll refund £3.60 back to your payment card to cover the cost of the next cheapest item on your order, the cocoon cardigan. I'll sent an email to confirm and it'll take between 3 and 5 working days for the money to show in your account.

In conclusion, you'll only be paying for the Necklace print jumper in your order. Thank you for taking the time to email me.

Not yet!...I have been carded by Citilink though and I am really hoping its not the Tesco stuff as Citilink won't leave in a safe place you have to go to their nearest depot (Gatwick) which would be a 45 min drive for me!

Tesco usually use Hermes - can anyone confirm?
