Got my order today, most things fine, but one top was damaged and one item i don't want, do we think if i send them both back together i will have to pay the £2 returns charge as they can only be returned by post!?

i did an order quite a while ago and had to return a couple of odd bits which were all from 2 or 3 separate orders, had been reduced as i used a code and were also 3 for 2 the poor man at the till got so confused and in the end just refunded me the full price for each item i returned :j.

i was also charged for delivery as 1 of my items wasn't in stock and yet i still had a school wear in my order, so i e mailed them and complained and got delivery charge back plus they even sent me a £10 voucher to spend on my next order.

I ordered 2 cardi's that have 3/4 sleeve's and it does not say in the description and i wouldn't have ordered them if i'd known they just don't suit me plus i don't like the draught , means i'll have to travel now to take them back no tesco with clothing that near to me Wonder if i email i'll get free returns??
