Reading the reports on the condition of goods received (or not) made we almost glad that the order I tried to place earlier this week failed. It failed because I was not willing to give them my mobile number as I see no reason for them to need a mobile number when I have provided a landline one.0

Ordered school uniform bundle, 3 tops from the sale and an extra 2 school sweatshirts. Saved over half price once the £10 voucher was applied. Forgot cashback though!:( Forgot cashback though!:(
Will probably return the coat from the uniform bundle, as my 14 year old usually turns his nose up at something which doesn't say Top Man on the label!
Hope I'm lucky with the quality of the tops I ordered as they look nice in the pictures! Thanks OP!:A0

A bit disappointed to find that many of the items I have ordered cannot be returned to store and there is a £2 charge towards postage for items returned, hope this is £2 total and not £2 per item. I don't think I'll be buying clothes from Tesco again after finding this out. 0 I don't think I'll be buying clothes from Tesco again after finding this out. 0

This is a £2 charge in total, not per item.. When I took things back to Tesco after ordering online they never charged me £2, so you may get away with having to pay it0

Got yet another order this morning and the shirt sets are just shirts! Strange considering even on the invoice it says 2 piece shirt set! Any news from those who emailed about this? Also not impressed as a skirt I ordered was cancelled, OOS, but when I went on later after the cancellation email was set it was still in stock! Ordered it again along with a few bits and had a dispatch email this morning? I've heard nothing from them, I rang them yesterday. I will email them later(can't do it properly on their contact form on my iPod) and may do better that way. If they weren't the free items, I'd have just returned them to save the hassle!July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0

Woooo, my son must of come onto computer whilst i was trying on my Tesco order, half of it is going back.
Very disappointed, when i rang about the shirt and trouser sets (little boys set), the woman fobbed me off with a £2 refund as one of the sets ( I ordered two) was my free item BUT now thinking about it i should of asked her to send me a pair of trousers from the F&F collection as its not my fault their site is wrong 0 0
