Yep! I was just going to post that too!!! This is NO good! Im ill at home with tonsilitis and a virus therefore I am sitting on the laptop spending money whilst my 2 year old trashes the house!!! :rotfl:

It's just taken me 45 mins to do an order- things kept disappearing from my
    basket. I ordered 19 items(counting a 3
pack tops as 3 things) for my 16 month
old who has been sat quite nicely in his
cot for a change while I ordered!
Many thanks to moneysavingmumofone for the tip off about the top and jeans set. Spent another £21.80!
I'm quite happily going to let the eldest hog the mac for world of Warcraft for the rest of the day now to stop me going back! ;)

I managed to place an order yesterday for 6 items - the 2 cheapest free. I've just received an email from Tesco to say one of those items is out of stock, so missed out on a free item. Not very happy as there were a couple of other items I wanted too :( They should know what's still in stock at time of order.

  • I just used the code and it worked ok. I got 6 items from the True collection. 3 tops, 1 pair of linen trousers and two coats and my total was £32. WOW.

I found that it would only accept the code once - but luckily I have four acounts :o

I was shopping online in the early hours and they kept adding new stuff!

In answer to an earlier query, you can have several accounts linked to one clubcard - I have four which all get clubcard points for me.

Ok rang them and they will not let me swap the cancelled item for an item exactly the same price or any price for that matter.

I would have to make a new order, but i told her i didn't want anything new just a like for like replacement to save the pennies, but its a no go i'm afraid. :( She even asked her supervisor.

What has always happened for me in the past is that they take the discount off each item - for example, you order 3 items at £20 = £60, but on 3 for 2 = £40, and use a £10 off code - Total order comes to £30. When the items arrived, on the invoice, instead of listing each item individually as £20, and then taking the discounts off at the bottom of the invoice, it would show them as £10 each.

So, if they do it this way, although it is annoying when you don't get things you ordered, it should mean the the other 2 items in the 3 for 2 are still discounted.

I hope this makes sense, and that they haven't changed the way they bill for stuff since last week lol
