Golly gosh people i'm away for 24 hours and come back to find i've jumped 2 pages!!! Will try not to miss anyone in the reply!!

So today I have been into town with "friend" from now on known as "D". had a good mooch around, helped him shop for alloy wheels and an iphone (soooo therapeutic helping others to spend their money!!:money:) had a look at trainers for me but decided for now to continue to stink to high heaven with the old, worn, but oh so comfy to run in trainers... that really do stick so much they have to be left outside the house, even after coming out the wash!!:rotfl: but i came home having spent the massive sum total of £13.49 on a contribution towards breakfast, drink in the pub (£6.30 for a shandy and bottle of bud!!) and a few goes of guitar hero which was a great laugh:D an nsd planned for the rest of the day as i will be off for a run then dinner and then sleeeep. NSD planned for tomorrow too with the exception of fuel on my way home.

So, today, Food= full vegetarian english breakfast (oops:o)
    Custard tart (double oops:o)

    exercise= a run is planned!!!

thanks for all the posts people and also for the good wishes. Taka, that sounds like a really good, sensible way to loose weight. crash diets work for some but i know in my brief foray into cambridge diet, i became so food obsessed i just couldnt do it but i ultimately applaud people that do. I want to loose my weight through exercise and am finding it is more toning than weight loss now and the extra stone is just comig along with it.
Hypno, just wait til I see you wednesday!!! youll be getting a kick for gloating so loud!!!! think you can get away with it doyadoyadoooya!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

honeybear, thank you. I detailled the challenges on Hypnos diary, not sure whether to put them here again too! :o

    Z. things are improving i am glad to say, and thank you for your friendship whilst i was going through it all. Sometimes we have to come out the other side to look back and realise the errors we made whilst on our journey. Hope all is ok with you too. WHy life insurance? well. Although i have no children, and no mortgage, my nieces and parents are incredibly important to me. I know that, should i shuffle off early my parents life will never be the same. I wanted to leave them something to make their life easier, to clear my debt and also to provide for them when they are in need of medical care/nursing. I have always said that I will nurse my parents when they need it. After all they spent their life looking after me when i was dependant on them. If i wasnt around to do that I would rest easier knowing that they had the best possible care.
Likewise for my nieces. Throughout my life I hope to be there for the important events, and to assist to fund them. things like uni supplies, driving lessons, weddings etc. I want them to have that from me regardless of whether i am here or not.
Further should i pop, my funeral would be bloody expensive!! :D I want to go to newzealand and spend eternity swimming with a pod of dolphins. that aint gonna come cheap!!! So for £7 a month, to be able to acheive those goals is £7 well spent.
MCF loans will be gone in a few months!!! capital one is first target, purely for the satisfaction of "another ones gone whoop! whoop!:j" then MCF will be tackled and gone!! :D
    El,
RMC  ello!!! I'm doing good thanks!!! raining up here where I am!! look out your window across the sea and you will see me waving!!:D
Nitha :rotfl: at the childbirth diet!!!!:D
Avogirly welcome aboard!! and thanks for the good wishes!:D
Midnight no dont lurk sweet stay with us. it can be a laugh.

Right, now those challenges aint ever going to happen if i dont get fit so i'm off out for a run. Going to do a shorty but a quickie tonight!!! 4 miles and going to aim for 35 minutes. its a hilly'un too!:o seee you sooooooon!

Red!!! I'm standing on a chair waving!!! where are yooooo!!!! :D

Ok, so this is the world of pay(n) acording to pania.. did you see what i did there? did ya did ya!! :rotfl: ok, far too good a mood P tone it down a touch!! :rotfl:

    Right. So. Here it is..

envelopes have been divided into 4 x spending money. each £20. This is for "fun money" each week but I am adamant that I will not spend this much. Surplus will be put to one side and at the end of the month put back into my account and carried over to the next month. I cant think of anything that I need to spend this money on if i am organised and take lunch to work etc with me. so along with leaving my bank card at home i will leave this envelope at home each day too and just take £2 out each day that way i cant be tempted to spend!!! my worst vices are fizzy drinks (rubbish for the diet too!) out of the machine downstairs at work and crisps. again rubbish for the diet also. If i take enough healthy food to work with me too then this temptation will be avoided!! therefore no need to spend money!! see the circle here?
Next envelope is £40 on food. I budget each month £80, Just for me and make most of as many deals and offers in mr T as I can. Being vegetarian Quorn is usually a fortune for some reason the world hasnt cottoned on to the fact that vegetarians are becoming more common and also need to eat!!! but the lovely mr t has numerous offers on quorn at the mo so i have duly stocked up!! all i need is fresh stuff now. I'm fed up with paying mr T price for insipid fruit and tasteless tomatos. when i lived in norfolk i used the farmers market. My job for next week is to find a farm shop near me that sells local produce. more tasty, less packaging to pollute the world with and hopefully cheaper to boot!! friends of mine have chickens so i will make a polite enquiry as to access to eggs...
I have a challenge running with hypno on her thread for a store cupboard challenge. this £10 pw is purely for fresh stuff. I have more than enough freezer and store cupboard stuff to not need to buy more.
Next envelope £150 fuel. My massive bug bear! D and a number fo my friends live over in cheshire. almost 2hrs away from me. therefore fuel is a necessary evil. However. I did have a car that had an engine problem and was costing me £350 per month!! :rotfl:  therefore now having a diesel that will do roughly 600 miles for a £55 tank of fuel I really cant complain too loudly!! :D

I will whisper this bit as i think i may get yelled at... understandably so! I also have allowed myself £60 for a night out and a meal. if i need it i need it. it will be in an envelope and if it comes out then ce la vie.

This will all leave me with a £248 surplus that I will transfer into a savings account. Atleast that way I am saving and can pay a debt off when i have saved enough!!! I dont want to commit it though so i loose it until I have enough to do it and not leave myself short if something goes wrong if you see what i mean?

Right, enough rambling, i'm off to weed D's front garden... its all action here!! :D thanks for reading although I find that writing it down means that I dont feel asthough i can go off track, Its here in black and white and you guys can find me accountable if i muck up!!! :j

Why should we be mad at you putting £60 away for a meal..you have to have a life.
    Your plans sound good.
Is there a reason you are putting a surplus into savings rather than pay off debt as I'm guessing the interest on the debt is higher than interest you'lll get on savings.
