Well done so far Taka...what diet plan are you following?
I log my food (and exercise) into myfitnesspal to make sure my choices are vaguely balanced and the right sort of levels of calories but I'm not obsessing about it. I'm waiting to see a dietician on the NHS for more specific advice appropriate for me (as I've had an ED in the fairly recent past) but god knows how long a wait that'll be... :cool: I'm doing a pilates DVD or fitness DVD (25-30 mins) 5-6 times a week, skating twice a week for 1.5 - 2hrs each time and walking much more. So far I've averaged just over 2lbs loss a week since I have so much to loose.
