Happy new diary Pania! :T :D

Is there a decent chance of getting the £7k? Is he likely to have this money? I think I'd instruct the solicitor if there is a decent chance! Would there be any other charges than the £250?

    morning all!
also  at taka and karma. how are you both doing? karma yes I guess I am in a better place this year, looking on life very much with joviality and an "ah well s*** happens" mentality whilst also doing as much as i can to avoid s*** happening in the first place!! :D
Taka, bit reluctant to talk about it on here as there is a thread relating to the company but possibly. even if it forces him to go bankrupt (which could be an extra £150) then i can claim a good portion from the govt based body. either way i should get "something" provided he is still in this country. I am working on finding that out and not doing too badly at it :D the only costs other than the £250 are:- a £64 withdrawal fee for the HC bailiff if the solicitors trace him to an address and he isnt there or £350 to get a charging order on the property.. (investigated and i would be second charge :D) if he wont pay. with this guy it is a definite case of "wont" rather than cant. he is absolute scum and has left one poor woman with nothing after deliberately writting her life insurance for the good of the company. husband died, insurers have realised, he was found guilty in court in his absence failed to respond to any communications and the poor lady doesnt have anything. therefore i have absolutely no qualms in setting bailiffs on the !!!!!!. we shall see...

oops just noticed the time!! must dash or i shall be late for work... again!!! have a god day all, will chat soon. xx

oooh not sure i could carry that one off!!! you is a skinny minnie whereas i am still trying to catch you! they'd see straight past me!!! mind you, both brunette, both same height, both well spoken.. well as much as a cockney kentish bird and a country dwelling norfolker can be!! :D

I have to confess to being a bad little money saver. in tesco the other day i bought tesco own fresh leek and potato soup as opposed to the goooorgeous new covent garden wild mushroom soup as it was half the price... I bought it into work this weekend so i could have half with a roll yesterday and half today. its in the bin.... absolutely revolting. yuk!!! so what started as a money saving measure will now cost me more as i have bought in some food from my fridge which could've been lunch over the next 2 days!! i guess some corners just aint worth cutting!! *sigh* :rotfl:

So far today is an NSD, but hey lets not jump the gun. it is only 0836!!

food diary so far:- strawberries, greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey...

    exercise:- Absolutely naff all!!

Hi Pania. Came out of lurkdom to suscribe to Hypno's thread as she has inspired me so much. To me you two seem to be as much of a pair as Morecombe and Wise so how could I not suscribe!
I love your diary title - I too have wasted time thinking I will do that when I am thinner/less skint/have more time, well no more - we need to make ther most of every day.
