    I too have wonky knees - cartlidge (?sp) torn in both. One as a result of the olympic event of getting out of a chair!!!!!!!!!!! Surgeon said thats how easy it is to do it. I can hear them 'grate' when I walk up the stairs - disgusting!

    I too have a stone to lose, would love to lose stone and a half really. This week finally got down to 13 stone and what happened back up to 13. 5 - Furious! I am 5' 8" and so to be 11.5 or 12 would be fine!

    Hooray, a new diary to lurk (I mean post) on! :j

    (took me ages to figure out you had to subscribe to your own diary - I spend days and days trying to find mine :rotfl:)

    I've got about a stone and a half to lose too :p Lost about a stone since christmas, but having trouble with the rest! Think I'm finally going to give in today and get that darn Shred dvd :rotfl: since so many people say so many good things about it! :eek:

    Looking forward to hearing all about all your challenges! Although I'm just exhausted even thinking about them - I've barely got off the sofa this morning! :rotfl:

    Ermmmm - I had 10st 1lb to lose to get to my target. :o :eek: I've lost 2st 5.2lbs since the start of May... 7st 9.8lbs to go! :eek: I've gone down a couple of dress sizes! :j I feel sooooooooooooo much better for it and am actually really enjoying it! (Especially starting ice skating again as a way of increasing my exercise!) :D
