Not just me - most if not all blue badge holders have the same opinion as I do on this matter. It is LAUGHABLE that you accuse us all of discrimination! I'm starting to suspect a troll...

    Do tell - why?

You seem to think it is somehow acceptable for places not to provide spaces for disabled individuals, merely those with blue badges.

If a place does so then they are discriminating against those without blue badges.

That is fairly obvious to me.

It is of course merely a theoretical argument since blue badge spaces mean nothing on private land and people can park where they wish.

but if you ARE disabled, why not apply for a blue badge? Then you can park in disabled bays.

I'm disabled, I have a blue badge, which lives in my car. If we go out in DH's car and I forget to take my blue badge, then we don't park in a disabled space.

    simples.
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

Not every disabled person is entitled to a blue badge - which is just wrong.

    its a fair point

my granddad was refused one.. his health & legs are so bad he finds it difficult/uncomfortable to walk more than about 20 meters sustainably , and even then he would get out of breath.

Do you have the capacity to explain why you find my comment comical, rather than type the word "laughable" in capitals?

I am not sure I have accused anyone on this thread of discrimination - have I?

Some people have only temporary issues with mobility and would not qualify for a blue badge. And people with or without blue badges can park in disabled bays as has already been discussed.

Does your mobility alter if you have the blue badge in the car or not?

Why do you not park in the "blue badge" spaces?

I think easy made it quite clear already. Now I am 100% certain you are a troll. Have fun.
