    Lol, nothing like that. Its for my parents house, they have just switched EA's and to be frank i was shocked at the effort they put in, my mum is too polite and naive (they have had/lined up two viewings since taking over a week or two ago but could be many more with the right effort) to say anything with conviction but i have no problem in facing the agent. I was just wondering as i can quite easily write a proper sumamry of the property for use by them, i know they are being paid etc but just want the house sold.

    One month on, four months on market now, and none of the critiqu-ing of the pictures etc. has been actioned, and the listing STILL has the same pictures as when the OP started the thread......
