  • WKD and selection boxes still mispriced in one of my local stores. Funny, really, as I had selection boxes off them both yesterday and today. SELs were left up yet again, even after my refund today. Had over half my shopping bill refunded today. :D

  • I would support your views Markee but as you said this might not be taken up due to various reasons.
  • Erm, I got an R&R at Abingdon with no probs a couple of weeks back ;)
  • Noticed today that there were price differences between the SEL and the packs of Organic chicken thighs.....as previously posted by an eagle eyed MSE'er. The SEL is more expensive than the packs....didn't purchase any, just wondered if this usually brings an R&R posibility?

If the SEL is higher than the price on the packs, you're effectively being undercharged. You can't get R&Rs on undercharges.

    Hi swollendrain,

I agree I have had the odd one or two R&Rs at Abingdon where I have bought something and found I have been overcharged.

But what I am saying is that it is pretty rare and the misprices posted here are invariably not in evidence (or have been removed after viewing this site!).

Yup - the Aylesbury store (the big one) is very good at cracking down on mispricing. All scanners have been removed, every SEL is pulled for every misprice shown on here. This means that often they have products on shelf with no price at all - they'd rather not sell many than take the chances with R&Rs.

  • YEAH!!!!!!!!!! :T :T :T

    thanks mods :)
  • Oh thank you mods for re-openiing this thread....i really missed it.

anyone know where we stand with R&R's when there are 2 different prices displayed for exactly the same thing? For example, my local has sirloin steaks with 2 SELs, one stating 10.87/kg and the other 12.87/kg. the wording on the SELs is EXACTLY the same as each other as well as the wording on the packs. they've also done this for the beef joints. i had R&R denied for these, and when i pointed out that there were 2 conflicting SELs for the same product i was told 'tough' and they left them up

When 2 prices are displayed they have to charge you the lower of the 2. You should've got an R&R in my opinion!
