Do you maon at the till or pay the wrong price and go to Customer Services?
I'm new to this.
Also, could posting quote the branch which is used, rather than the City name as not all branches may have the same chances of R&R

Thanks for the PSP info.
Just got one.
They even had the wrong gotw displayed.
Was then told by the store manager that there was a mistake as it only applied to the value console.
I asked her where it said this.
It says £10 of when you buy a PSP or DS Console. That does not say PSP console I said she tried to argue but I already had my refund and she gave in.

Hi,
You say nowt at the till, nothing at all, then you go to CS after studying your receipt.

We will not generally say which branch, walls have ears, don't want to be identified by staff at your local store! Mostly, R&R chances are national (except for expired SELS and mis-stickered stuff which may only be available at your laziest local store!).

I have never tried for anything so big, just r&d'd meat mainly and a few books, although I am getting braver and quite known in my local now.

I would ring again and speak to someone else.
