No but should I then I would merely control the situation so that all were aware of the implications of them not finding the item which I am sure would serve as ample incentment to do so.Constantine wrote:Did not mean the 360, meant the senario...Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
Under the sale of goods act goods must be correctly described and adequate for the purpose for which sold etc etc etc and that in the event they aren't then adequate compensatory measures are taken, the act interestingly also provides for items given as "free gifts" or "gestures" insomuch as they should be treated similar and an alternative of similar value (not cost) be supplied or due recompense made, in Tesco's case there are some preconditions to the bargain in that part of the bargain is the offer of replacement and refund in the instance of overcharging, in order to fulfill the bargain then Tesco have to refund the item due to the overcharge and replace due to the policy. Essentially the value of the bargain is doubled in the event the customer is overcharged and this is agreed before the completion of the sale.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

Looked rather complicated....and right now, could not swear to all of it being English
Edit - is it just me, or is anyone else getting a flash of arushofblood's avatar each time they post? Don't mind sayin' it is starting to freak me out!
