Kondormid, there was a seperate stand with stacks of these cds on and I am 99% sure it said save £3.00 on cd when bought with chart cd dvd.
I or someone would have to check this out and see what the 2 cd prices are on the stand, before and after price.
The Scissor Sister cd scanned at £9.77.
If it said £9.97 on the stand then that's the 20p undercharge making it £2.80 multibuy.
Or maybe the system is totally wrong and only giving out £2.80 instead of £3.00.
Or maybe I dreamt that the stand said that as I am dreaming about Tesco's alot these days. Lots of nightmares too.
  • My receipt said £9.77 for CD :D not sure that helps though.

Multi Save bit said Scissor Sister Ta-Da 6.97 -2.80

Everyone save it on your mobile!
Ring CS as you are due an R & R!
He's correct the poster should not have been left up but that's his problem not yours!

If you r&r a tesco mobile phone then all the tesco numbers are already built into the sim cards for you.

    (Every Little Hurts!)
  • good heavens thats handy, I might just buy one full price now just to be able to repeat that to a manager :D
  • I saw a separate promotion stand in two of the stores I was in today with loads of the Scissor sisters CDs on it. They took all the advertising off from the shelfs but left the promotion stand out!!!!

I have also noticed that their are very few prices on the DS games in my local stores. Only if they have a sticker on the game can I tell what price it is. There are no price check scanners either.
We took on Mr T and we won:D

Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now
  • Think I shall ring HO tomorrow and ask if they can confirm the price for the Scissor Sister cd discount. I cannot remember what it said. Should really take note when I go to Mr T.

Ring them up (don't get yourself noticed by telling them this in store!) and tell them they have loads of products with NO price info on, which is an offence punishable by law and can involve an UNLIMITED FINE. Suggest they get their arrises in gear or you will report theis offence to TS....
I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!
  • I dont think the scisor sisters offer was £3 off

I think it was £9.77 but if you buy any chart cd or DVD then get it for £6.97

    making the discount £2.80
